Tickets and booking fees
Booking type | Fee |
---|---|
Online | 10% of each ticket price (this reduces, the more you spend) |
Post | £2 charge will apply if you would like your tickets posted to you |
Tickets on the door
For most events run by us that are not sold out, there will be tickets available on the door until the event starts.
For events and shows not run by us – for example, pantomimes, wrestling and dances – please check with the event promoter.
Lost tickets
If you’ve lost your ticket, please come to the box office before the show starts with your ID.
Refunds and exchanges
We don’t offer refunds, exchanges or credit vouchers, except when an event is cancelled by us. In this instance full refunds are always offered.
If you would like different seats for the same event already booked, please email us and we will do our best to help.
Seating
The majority of our events have seating plans with either a cabaret or theatre style layout. Please check Ticketsource for details. Some events are standing only, and these are promoted clearly on our website and ticketsource.

Parking
The King’s Hall does not have a carpark for customers.
There is limited on-street parking on Beacon Hill, above the King’s Hall, and there are 4 designated parking spaces for customers with Blue Badges, immediately in front of the Hall, which are available on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve these in advance.
Vehicular access to the Hall is controlled on busy show nights, but Blue Badge holders are able to drop off at the main entrance, when the Disabled parking spaces are full, and then park elsewhere.
