Club de Fromage – 80s Vs 90s Party

The pop pinnacle party that is Club de Fromage returns to Herne Bay with a mighty 80s vs 90s battle!

Join Slow Alfie and his team of disco renegades for their madcap stage show, confetti cannons, sing-alongs, hula competitions, anarchic stage show & much more at the club that time forgot!

This time Alfie and his team are pitting two of the greatest decades of music head to head in a no holds barred battle for musical dominance. Who will win: 80s or 90s?
Fighting for the in the 80s corner we’ll have Madonna, Wham!, Culture Club, The Jam, Bon Jovi, Queen, Journey and many more. Representing the 90s we’ll have the Spice Girls, Take That, Hanson, B*witched, Backstreet Boys, Blur and the best of the rest!
Throw in some 80s and 90s visuals, props and a few themed games and you’ve got the night of your summer! Bring your dancing shoes, you’ll need them!

As Evening Standard said, Club de Fromage combines: “Fancy dress, theatrics and a downright shameless music policy.” It’s a place where, ‘Kylie’, ‘Handbag’ and ‘Babycham’ would never be dirty words.
You may have seen Club de Fromage at Glastonbury,  Standon Calling, Reading, Isle of Wight or loads of other festivals. You might have been at two of their epic NYE parties at the legendary Hammersmith Apollo. You may have seen them at one of their Islington gigs (15 years and counting as London’s biggest, independent, weekly, pop party). You may have heard their show on Absolute 90s. If not, welcome to the Fromage, your pleasure is our delight!

In addition to entertaining the good people of Herne Bay Fromage have played for the likes of the BAFTA Awards, Universal Records, The Royal Shakespeare Company, Butlins and a few other people we can’t mention. Don’t worry you’re in good hands!
